Overview
These AMG twins are the high-performance roadsters for those who refuse to settle for anything less than awesome. The SL63 has a 577-hp 5.5-liter twin-turbo V-8 mated to a seven-speed automatic; this powertrain motivates the SL63 to 60 mph in 4.0 seconds. The more potent SL65 has a 621-hp 6.0-liter twin-turbo V-12 with the seven-speed; it can hit 60 mph in 3.7 seconds. The optional active suspension helps these brutes behave.
