While the Macan Electric might get the lion's share of the attention, Porsche's humble gas-powered Macan is still on the market, and its deft handling chops leave us forgetting that we're driving an SUV, which is how it should be.
The gas-fed Macan might be down to just four trims, but we're still big fans of it.
The base Macan and the Macan T both wield a turbo four from the Volkswagen family making 261 horsepower, but the Macan S bumps that up to a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V-6 making 375 horsepower.
With the base engine, the Macan will make its way to 60 mph in just 5.0 seconds, but opting for the S will drop that time to 3.8 seconds.
At the top of the lineup is the driver-focused GTS, which bumps up the V-6's output to 434 horsepower.
Each and every Macan is a delight to drive, with a chassis that will let you get up to all sorts of antics.
