Not only does the 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLB-class represent a new generation, but the subcompact luxury SUV now comes as an EV for the first time. Within its boxy proportions is a surprisingly spacious cabin that's also dressed up with a dazzling display-laden dashboard.
The GLB EV offers a Superscreen arrangement that includes a 10.3-inch digital gauge cluster, a 14.0-inch touchscreen, and a 14.0-inch passenger screen.
Like its predecessor, the new GLB generation will continue to offer seating configurations for either five or seven passengers.
Along with larger rear door openings, getting in and out of the GLB's second and third rows should be easier than before.
The GLB's roomier interior includes more second-row legroom that has grown by 2.7 inches, though third-row headroom has been reduced a little bit.
Like most modern infotainment systems, the GLB's software can be updated over the air, and now it can hold a conversation with its various AI tech.
