Our road warrior competed in the annual event in a Chevy Trax, along with a few hundred other intrepid drivers from around the country.
As a driver, you already know if you're good at parallel parking or not. Are you a Parallel Parking Wu-Tang Master, sliding into that spot with silent swagger, or would you place yourself in the Curb Kisser Club, whispering a prayer and hoping no one's watching? People who'd place themselves in the Master column competed earlier this month in Pittsburgh, looking to be crowned Best Parallel Parker. I, road warrior Christi VanSyckle, am one of those, and I brought Car and Driver's long-term test Chevy Trax to the competition. Scroll through to see scenes from the event.
