The Alfa Romeo Tonale has undergone a minor refresh for the 2026 model year, with the automaker tweaking the design of the front end for a sharper look and reworking the interior materials.
The Tonale will be offered in three trims for 2026: the base Sprint, the Veloce, and a new Sport Speciale variant.
Alfa Romeo says all Tonales gain new interior materials and colors, with red leather upholstery for the seats offered for the first time.
The new Sport Speciale trim features black-and-pearl Alcantara-trimmed seats with white stitching, with the dashboard wrapped in matching black Alcantara.
The Tonale comes with eight-way power-adjustable front seats that offer heating, ventilation, and four-way power lumbar support.
For 2026, the Tonale is no longer available with the plug-in hybrid powertrain, which provided 33 miles of electric-only driving range.
The only powertrain for 2026 is the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, which produces 268 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque.
Sales of the 2026 Tonale start before the end of this year, with prices beginning at $39,745 for the base Sprint trim.
