Chevy has reintroduced its affordable Bolt EV for the 2027 model year, bringing a fresh look and a more capable powertrain.
The dashboard has been revised with a sleeker, more modern look, and Chevy claims the seats are more comfortable than before.
The 2027 Bolt now sports an 11.3-inch touchscreen, which runs Google Built-In infotainment and, like other electric Chevys, does not offer Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
The infotainment display is just over an inch larger than the previous Bolt, while the 2027 model also gains a new 11.0-inch digital gauge cluster.
Chevy says the Google Built-In infotainment features apps such as HBO Max and Angry Birds, along with smart route planning with Google Maps integration.
The Bolt will continue to offer Super Cruise, GM's hands-free driver-assistance system, which now has automatic-lane-change functionality.
There are still physical controls for the climate system, as well as a pair of wireless phone chargers.
The 2027 Bolt goes on sale in early 2026 and will carry a starting price of $28,995.
