While the motif is a little monochromatic, there is a good bit of material variety on the door panels.

While the new stalk-mounted shifter isn't immediately intuitive, it's better than some push-button setup, and its new location opens up center-console space for larger cup holders and a prominently located wireless device charger.

The front sport seats seen here are comfortable and supportive, but they're part of the S Line interior package, which won't be offered on U.S. models.

Thanks to available laminated front side glass, the Q3's cabin is nicely isolated at highway speeds.

Audi hasn't yet shared specific interior dimensions, but a company
spokesperson said the new Q3's has about the same passenger space as its predecessor.
