Coming in just a hair larger than its gas-fed Q5 sibling, the 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron is the first of the automaker's EVs to ride on VW Group's new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) EV platform.
The 2025 Q6 e-tron wants to position itself as an electric analogue to the gas-powered Q5.
The Q6 e-tron is only a little larger than its sibling. It's 1.1 inches taller and 3.5 inches longer than the outgoing Q5, which is getting refreshed for 2025.
Unsurprisingly, having a larger footprint than the Q5 means the 2025 Q6 e-tron also has more cargo space.
Even though there's an SQ6 performance model as well, the Q6 e-tron comes standard with launch control.
Buyers will be able to choose between two Q6 e-tron variants.
The base Q6 e-tron slaps a single electric motor out back, producing 302 horsepower—though it can burst up to 322 with launch control engaged.
If you'd rather double the number of driven wheels, the Q6 e-tron will come in dual-motor/all-wheel-drive guise, making a meaty 422 horses (with launch control bringing that up to 456).
