Hyundai has revealed the Korean version of the next-generation Palisade. The redesigned three-row SUV has a squarer shape and more elegant details, along with a prettier interior.
The new Palisade has a distinctive face that's highlighted by these vertically stacked, rectangular daytime running lights.
The decorative bezel that rises up the rear roof pillars looks like it connects with the roof rails, which is a nice touch.
The Palisade pictured here rolls on 21-inch wheels with an intricate design that a Genesis buyer would surely appreciate.
The dashboard design has a rounder shape and a more cohesive layout than before, and we appreciate its physical switchgear.
Hyundai says the front center console can be raised up to create a middle seat (a.k.a. a bench seat).
While exact dimensions weren't shared, Hyundai says the new Palisade is bigger and has a longer wheelbase.
Hyundai is known for its distinctive designs, and the new Palisade stands out, but it's more elegant than eccentric.
The Palisade's available powertrains are unknown, but hybrid or plug-in-hybrid options are possible.
