The 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel is the penultimate off-road model in the greater Ram 1500 lineup, taking owners just a bit farther off the beaten path than your average crew-cab pickup.
The Ram 1500 Rebel is a less extreme alternative to the RHO (the TRX's six-cylinder replacement), but it has a sturdy front bumper and a prominent grille.
Ford's Tremor is powered by a 400-hp 5.0-liter V-8, whereas the Rebel has a 420-hp twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-six.
The Rebel rides on an optional four-corner air suspension that lowers to make it easier to get in and out of, but it also rises up to help clear tall obstacles.
The Rebel's smooth straight-six helped send it to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds, which was 1.1 ticks quicker than the V-8-powered F-150.
The Ram's cabin borders on luxury, with no shortage of upscale features.
