The call is coming from inside the house. Long have American domestic automakers enjoyed their reign over the mid-size segment, including its foreign competition, but we might be on the verge of a sea change. The new Honda Accord is good—very good, in fact—and with an American-parts percentage nearing the all-important 75 percent mark and a facility in Ohio dedicated to churning these suckers out, the Accord might just be the Next Great American Sedan.
