We drove the single-motor ID.7, which has 282 horsepower and 402 pound-feet of torque.
Initially, all versions of the ID.7 will have a 77.0-kWh battery pack, which in the rear-drive model is expected to deliver around 300 miles of range.

A 15.0-inch touchscreen sits at the heart of the dash.
There's storage within the console and also underneath.
Although the Volkswagen ID.7 has a sedan-like profile, the cargo hold is accessed via a large liftgate.
