The 2024 Ford Mustang GT California Special is the latest iteration of the uniquely styled model, one that first appeared back in 1968. Below we have an assortment of photos of its exterior and interior.
The California Special is purely an appearance package that boasts distinctive Rave Blue accents.
The Mustang GT convertible seen here has the available Performance Pack, which includes upgraded equipment.
Paired with a Performance Pack Mustang, the GT/CS gets exclusive 19-inch wheels with Rave Blue pockets.
The air-intake nostrils on the Mustang's grille are painted Rave Blue on the GT/CS, which also gets a unique badge.
The unique decals on the side of every Mustang GT California Special feature blue-and-black colors as well as the GT/CS logo.
Inside, the black leather seats are stitched together with Raptor Blue and Metal Gray accents, and they have perforated Navy Pier inserts.
The Mustang GT comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, and so does every California Special. An automatic option costs an extra $1595.
Along with parts of the dash, the GT/CS has blue accents on its door panels.
The $1995 California Special package is only offered on the Mustang GT Premium trim levels.
