The 2024 Lexus ES is mostly the same this year, but new for 2024 is the addition of a second F Sport model.
Pictured here, the ES250 is powered by a 203-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and has all-wheel drive.
On the fiester side of things is the ES350 which uses a 3.5-liter V-6 with 302 horsepower.
The ES isn't exactly for the performance-minded, but where luxury and comfort are concerned, its among the top competitors.
During performance testing, the all-wheel drive ES250 and the hybrid ES300h patiently made it to 60 mph in 8.1 and 8.3 seconds, respectively.
A quiet cabin and comfortably soft ride are the ES's top traits.
Along with a new F Sport model, the Luxury and Ultra Luxury grade trims get a new technology package and standard 18-inch alloy wheels with Vapor Chrome finish.
The ES isn't as exciting to drive as competing models such as the BMW 5-series.
While driving the ES350, we observed 39 mpg in our 75-mph real-world highway fuel economy test.
During an acceleration test, the ES300h F Sport got to 60 mph in 7.9 seconds.
Though it never roars, the F Sport trim adds larger wheels and suspension tuning that presents the most aggressive version of the ES available.
