Bentley will stop building 12-cylinder engines in April of 2024, but before it ends production of the W-12, the company is celebrating the unique powerplant with a trio of special models dubbed the Speed Edition 12.
The Speed Edition 12 will be offered on the Bentayga SUV, Continental GT coupe and convertible, and the Flying Spur sedan.
The special edition brings a unique new paint color—a pale-green hue called Opalite—that contrasts with black trim.
The black trim is complemented by the black 22-inch wheels, and Edition 12 badges remind passersby that these are limited-production specials.
The Edition 12 versions, which are based on the more powerful Speed models, also gain silver brake calipers not offered on any other Bentleys.
Along with the fenders and rear pillars, Edition 12 badges appear illuminated on the door sills and projected as welcome lamps.
Inside are more Edition 12 logos, engraved into the dashboard and embroidered into the quilted leather of the seat backs.
The Beluga black upholstery is offered with contrasting Brunel blue, Cricketball red, Linen or Orange accents.
Along with the Speed Edition 12 badge, the dashboard displays the firing order for the W-12 engine.
Bentley will only sell 120 Speed Edition 12 versions of model, and didn't specify just how much extra the limited-production trim will cost.
