Subaru is getting weird with it. The XT is a sports coupe that's meant to dance with the big boys, and its optional four-wheel-drive setup offers some poor-weather peace of mind that very few competitors can match. But for all its whiz-bang gadgetry and funky looks, its dynamic competence falls flat.
