Here's a supercar that's radically different from just about any other supercar today. It may be a bit less offbeat than the center-seat T.50, also from Gordon Murray Automotive, but it has plenty of other attributes to catch the eye. The T.33 Spider has a U.K.-developed Cosworth 4.0-liter V-12 with the same 607 horsepower and 11,100-rpm redline as its stablemate, the T.33 Coupe. Click through to see it from all angles.
The Spider as shown here is a late styling model, and it may see some physical changes before production.
However, the T.33 Spider's aerodynamics should be very close to those of the T.33 Coupe.
The open-top T.33 Spider weighs only 40 more pounds than the Coupe, with a dry weight of just 2445 pounds.
