The Subaru Impreza enters its sixth generation with the redesigned 2024 model.
The 2024 Subaru Impreza is offered in a new RS trim level, in addition to the base and midrange Sport models.
The base and Sport versions use a 152-hp 2.0-liter horizontally opposed four. The RS gets a larger 2.5-liter version with 182 horses.
All 2024 Subaru Imprezas come standard with all-wheel drive and a continuously variable automatic transmission. The previously available manual is gone.
Fuel economy for the 2024 Subaru Impreza is 27/34 mpg city/highway for the base engine and 26/33 mpg for the 2.5-liter.
The hatchback is now the only body style. The sedan version, which was chosen by only one in four buyers, has been axed.
A new 11.6-inch center touchscreen, in Sport and RS models, has wireless smartphone mirroring.
The 2024 Subaru Impreza goes on sale this spring.
