Hyundai's Ioniq 6 is a Tesla Model 3 competitor, only with more luxurious interior appointments. The 6 belongs to the Korean automaker's growing EV subbrand, and it shares some characteristics of the taller Ioniq 5. Among the choices for buyers are single- or dual-motor configurations with two battery-pack options with a maximum range of 361 miles. Hyundai says the car's E-GMP platform allows for "optimized" legroom, with a completely flat floor adding to a feeling of spaciousness.
The Ioniq 6 has a very digital dashboard setup.
That blue effect is the Ioniq 6's Dual-Color Ambient Lighting, which comes in a choice of 64 colors and six dual-color themes.
Both a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen are offered.
The Ioniq 6 uses the same software as other Hyundai models, which incorporate BlueLink for connectivity functions and link with smartphones using either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
The four-dot Interactive Pixel Lights on the steering wheel light up when voice recognition is activated. In addition to using various colors for vehicle motions, smart speaker–style, they can show the state of the car's charge.
Another look at the interior lighting color scheme. These were developed by "color experts" to make the interior more relaxing, Hyundai says.

Heated front seats are standard on all three trim levels of the Ioniq 6 (SE, SEL, and Limited), but ventilated front seats are standard only on the top Limited model.
