A more powerful V-8 headlines the changes to the new ultimate-performance version.
The DBX 707 sits above the regular car and features a boosted 693-hp version of AMG's 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 with ball-bearing turbochargers.
Aston Martin quotes a 3.1-second zero-to-60-mph time, a 193-mph top speed, and a 7.4-second zero-to-100-mph time, which would make the 707 quicker than the Lamborghini Urus.
Aston is planning to prove the DBX 707's performance credentials by attempting to set a new SUV lap record on the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany—which will mean beating the 7:39 time set by the Cayenne GT last year.
