With 480 horsepower, gummy performance tires, and a range of go-fast, track-focused goodies, the new Ford Mustang Mach 1 essentially replaces the Mustang Shelby GT350, Bullitt, and GT Performance Package Level 2 models for the 2021 model year. After a day of lapping at California's Willow Springs International Raceway plus a round of testing back in Michigan, we can say it does a pretty good job of filling that expansive role, while still being relatively comfortable on the street to boot.
