Porsche's single-motor, rear-drive base Taycan can't match the blinding acceleration of its more powerful dual-motor siblings, and its range still trails that of its Tesla rival. But it is the only Taycan with a sub-$100K starting price, which makes it a far more compelling entry point into Porsche's EV ranks.
