Toyota makes a major update for its second-generation 2021 Mirai hydrogen fuel-cell sedan, lowering its price, increasing its range to up to 402 miles, and switching it from front- to rear-wheel drive. The catch remains a limited hydrogen refueling network in the United States, which means the new Mirai will only be sold in California.
