Think of the M as Ferrari’s evolution of the Portofino rather than a full reboot, but it still brings some significant enhancements.
The new Portofino M may still only be Ferrari’s entry-level model, but its latest update does boost it to a stout 612 horsepower. It also gains an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic in place of the previous seven-speed, a sharper Race drive mode, and a new, louder exhaust.
