Bugatti's new electric Baby II, produced by England's Little Car Company, is a tribute to the half-scale Type 35 that founder Ettore Bugatti created for his son and ultimately built in small numbers back in 1926. The new version is hardly a toy, though, as it costs at least $40,000 and is capable of reaching 43 mph.
