Call us Luddites but we like that the Aviator’s cabin uses familiar, easy-to-use interfaces such as a single straightforward touchscreen and physical climate controls.
The Aviator’s third row is compromised in favor of a large cargo area. If your kids won’t fit in a locker, they probably won’t be comfortable in the rear of the Aviator.
The Aviator is based on the same architecture as the new Ford Explorer, but Lincoln engineers and designers have skillfully hidden the proletarian bits out of sight and out of mind.
The Lincoln Aviator is available with 19-, 20-, 21-, and 22-inch wheels.
Both the standard V-6 and optional plug-in hybrid transfer torque to the wheels through Ford’s 10-speed automatic transmission.
