The Palisade's drivetrain is shared with the Kia Telluride—a 3.8-liter V-6 that produces 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.
Unavailable on the Telluride, a power-operated third-row seat is standard on Limited models and optional on SEL Palisades.
LED headlamps and taillights are standard on the Limited trim and available on SEL Palisades.
Hyundai didn't resist the urge to use a push-button gear selector on the Palisade.
Limited-trim Palisades come with nappa-leather seating surfaces.
The Palisade is rated to tow up to 5000 pounds when properly equipped.
Hyundai offers three instrument panels on the Palisade. The SE trim utilizes analog gauges. SEL buyers can upgrade to a 7.0-inch digital display. And the top-tier Limited comes standard with a 12.3-inch digital cluster.
A 10.3-inch infotainment display, standard on the Limited Palisade, is optional on the SEL as part of the Drive Guidance package. The entry-level display is an 8.0-inch touchscreen.
All Palisades provide manual shifting through steering-wheel-mounted paddles.
A booming 630-watt 12-speaker Harman/Kardon audio system is exclusive to Limited models.
