The 2026 Aston Martin Vantage Roadster gets the same updates as the Coupe model did for 2025, with a muscular design, a more modern cabin, and an even more potent V-8 engine.
The retractable soft-top roof can raise or lower in just 6.8 seconds, making it the quickest operation on the market, according to Aston Martin.
The roof can also be operated at up to 31 mph or from outside the car via the key, provided the driver is standing within a 6.5-foot radius.
The roof mechanism adds 132 pounds versus the Coupe, Aston Martin claims.
Aston Martin also made tweaks to the rear dampers and gearbox mounts to account for the extra weight and stiffened the rear structure to make up for the lack of a permanent roof.
Deliveries of the 2026 Aston Martin Vantage Roadster are set to begin in the second quarter of 2025.
Pricing for the Vantage Roadster hasn't been announced yet, but we expect it to start at over $200,000.
