The "VX" designation on this Amigo simply means Isuzu wanted to renew interest in the Amigo, so it chose to put some concept car goodies all over it. So look closely and you'll see Recaro seats, a 3-spoke Momo steering wheel, stainless steel accelerator and brake pedals, special orange-yellow paint developed by Nippon Paint, a Borla carbon fiber tipped stainless steel exhaust system, and aggressive low-profile Yokohama AVS S/T tires. Isuzu also showed a Rodeo VX concept car along the same lines as the Amigo VX.
